Would you like a new and exciting role as a Support Worker at our brand new Adult's Service, Dragonby Road in Scunthorpe. You will be joining a team whose focus is to provide support of the highest quality, safeguard and promote the needs of the people we support.You will be supporting people with autism and complex needs with their daily routines and helping them access new experiences.
We are looking for Support Workers who have a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing and caring but have a calm demeanor when needed. You don’t have to have experience but just the right attitude and share our values. We will ensure you receive first class training when you join us and throughout your career at Hesley Group. We will support you to become a Qualified Support Worker and beyond! You will be joining a company who values its employees. You will have a fixed rota of 4 days on and 2 days off with a combination of morning and afternoon shifts. This is a rewarding, fulfilling and important role and an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the people who live at Dragonby Road Please note we are not currently offering candidates sponsorship for skilled worker visas until July 2024. About You
You don't need to have experience but it is essential that you share our values.
