Personal Care / Home Care Assistant

I am looking for a Personal Care / Home Care Assistant to join my support team. Ideally you will have experience of supporting someone with a learning, mental and physical disabilities and promoting independence.

My conditions have a big impact on my overall health and I need support with managing my personal care, healthcare and daily living needs each day.

I enjoy baking, cooking, sensory activities and accessing the community.

You will receive:

£11.00 per hour
A pension if eligible
5.6 weeks per year pro rata annual leave
Full certificated training on all aspects of the role

Hours available:

Both part time and full time roles available, day and night shifts available, to be discussed at interview stage.
There is the opportunity to work additional hours on occasions in relation to holidays and sickness.

What’s Required:

Provide assistance with all aspects of personal care, washing hair and dressing
A full driving licence is desirable but not essential
Flexibility in working hours essential, as support is required over a 24/7 period
An enhanced DBS check, the cost will be met by the Employer
