We're looking for an experienced leader to join us as a Front of House / Restaurant Manager, where you will lead an amazing team to create great memories that last a lifetime for our Guests. What You'll Be Doing
As a Front of House Manager reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to ensure the efficient running of our Restaurant to standard. This is a hands-on role where you will lead from the front, but also immerse yourself in our 'One Great Team' culture here at Haven… All of our Leaders support across all of the departments here on Park ensuring we create great memories that last a lifetime for our Guests.
As a Front of House or Restaurant Manager you will have experience leading and developing large teams within a Food and Beverage environment, with a solid commercial awareness. you will understand Stock Controls and 'Back of House' and how the Kitchen operates.
