Requirements of the Reception role

Well presentable for front of house
Warm and welcoming disposition when dealing with guests or members of the spa.
Great interpersonal skills
Experience using hotel booking systems.
Experience of doing social media posts for businesses.
Hands on approach with a can-do attitude
Fluent in written and spoken English
Full-time role - 40/48hrs per week (this can be negotiated if you'd like to apply on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities of the Reception Role

First impressions is everything - Being presentable and greeting every guest at the hotel in a very warm and welcoming manner consistently.
Ensuring the reception desk is always clean and all paperwork filed away correctly.
Answering telephone for hotel enquiries.
Managing the booking system.
Social media posts for the business.
Help with events & weddings.
Ability to work alone and unsupervised.
