We are looking for a Security Supervisor to work with our prestigious client in the Aberdeen area.

56hrs per week, 6 on 3 off working days, nights and weekends

What we need

SIA Licence
Experience in managing a team
Professionalism in appearance and conduct
Excellent customer service and communication skills at all levels
SIA CCTV Licence (desirable)
Fire Safety and First Aid Certificates (desirable)

Role

The duties involve (but are not limited):

Manage the team of Front of House Officers
Welcoming and supporting staff clients, and visitors
Access control and CCTV patrols
Physical patrolling
Supporting the Fire and Life Safety strategy
Monitoring of critical systems
Reporting incidents and risks
Maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
Supervise the team to provide a professional, efficient, and approachable security service whilst maintaining a high level of customer service to staff, contractors and visitors at all times.
