Service Advisor - DAF Tamworth

Basic Salary: £28,000 basic and £30,880 with achieved bonus

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm plus some Saturday overtime

A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Service Advisor at our DAF Tamworth site.

What you’ll be doing:

Dealing with customers bringing their vehicle for recall, service or repair.
Providing feedback to customers on their service/repair, including pricing of additional work when required, explaining the reasons fully and competently.
Taking bookings for service work by telephone, obtaining all necessary details in respect of work required, nature of problems and wherever possible identifying specific faults.
Delivering high level of customer service.
Liaising with Technicians.
Keeping customers informed of their vehicle’s progress throughout the day.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in a Service department as a Service Administrator or Advisor
Excellent customer service skills
Organised and good attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly
Previous experience using invoicing systems
