Responsibilities we’ll train you do be able to deal with:

Processing orders via email, phone, website and in person
Resolving customer queries
Working closely with production teams ensuring orders are correct and in a timely manner
Providing product information and support to customers
Managing customer accounts, products, and lead times

Your work/life balance:
The shifts available are as follows:
Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm

Traits, Knowledge and expertise:

Desirable:

Basic written and spoken English
Keen to learn new skills
Qualified to GCSE or equivalent
Being adaptable to an ever developing environment
Experience using Microsoft Office Packages.

Demonstration of high level of accuracy
Good attention to detail
