Future Build is looking for a Buyer to join the Procurement Team at a leading Groundworks & Civil Engineering specialist.

The candidate would ideally have previous experience of working in the Groundworks & Civil Engineering space and enjoy working in a fast paced yet rewarding area of the business, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

The role includes (but is not limited to):

Day to day procurement of materials, goods and services to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our projects
Liaising directly with site personnel to provide advice and guidance to assist in delivery of projects
Ensuring suppliers meet required delivery timescales
Negotiating prices with suppliers
Other ad hoc procurement for non-project requirements
Daily interface with the company-specific COINS accounts system plus Teams and other Microsoft Office applications

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
