The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) involves:

Ensuring the highest level of care, welfare, and protection for each and every resident.
Completing new resident physical and psychological evaluations upon admission.
Creating resident-specific care plans.
Updating care plans daily.
Safely administering and recording of medication
Effective communication with outside vendors and healthcare professionals.
Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
To ensure that each person's needs are recognised and met with the utmost dignity, respect, and privacy, use a person-centered approach.

Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:

You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
Active NMC PIN or awaiting your NMC PIN
Clear DBS.
