- Leadership & Governance of multiple multi-functional teams
- Managing and owning the engineering resources
- Recruitment of additional resources against the profiles set by the business
- Technical Authority or Delegated TA as appropriate
- Ensuring the technical and engineering aspects of the projects are delivered appropriately
- Building the wider engineering capability
- Be the interface to the customer on behalf of Expleo
