Etills Ltd is a successful manufacturer of water tanks and spill containment.

We are looking for a factory worker to take on the role of rotational moulder at our Melbourn factory. This position is suitable for anyone who enjoys physical work. No qualifications or experience are needed - just the determination to work hard as part of the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up machines and equipment used for plastic rotational moulding
Follow all appropriate safety regulations
Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product
Maintain time and production records
Work on the assembly of rotationally moulded products if required
Maintain working area, keeping it clean and tidy
Carry out other factory tasks as required

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will have the ability to:

Follow instructions
Monitor own work to ensure quality
Follow safety procedures
Show initiative and volunteer readily
Ask for and offers help when needed
Communicate effectively in English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

You will be required to regularly lift and move 20kg. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position.
