Position Overview & Specifications

To be the first point of contact for all members and guests entering the club
To work with team members to ensure that the club offers a consistent customer experience that complies with Energize brand standards
To understand the Energize systems and products and ensure communication is correct to all members and guests
To utilise the Clubwise management system to maintain member records and book appointments
To complete all task calls and processes generated by Clubwise
To answer emails in an effectively timely manner
To conduct sales tours and offer the best membership options
To be active at gaining prospects and converting them to sales
To promote the member referral scheme
To deal with member complaints and membership issues
Hourly changing room checks, ensuring kept to the highest standards and cleaning when necessary
To be adaptable to work in other areas of the club when necessary

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week

Salary: From £9.50 per hour
