Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join Safeguarding Team in Gloucestershire County Council, who will have safeguarding experience to lead, manage and be accountable for a team of Social Workers in the delivery of statutory duties and improvement of services to children, young people, and families.
Payrate : upto £49 p/h LTD
They will have knowledge of court work, CP, CIN and CIC and be experienced in supervising and quality assuring a team of dedicated Social Workers.
Working from home and office working is balanced where applicable, individual requests to be in the office and the needs of individuals and teams are by agreement with the manager.
The candidate will be expected to be in the office more in the initial stages of employment to help build the team cohesion and feeling of stability.
