Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Luton (hybrid working)

Salary: Up to £22,000 plus generous monthly bonus scheme & benefits package (Average OTE £26,000 per annum)

Role: Permanent (up to 37.5 hrs) - Part time available!

Contact Centre Opening Hours : Monday – Friday, 8am – 6.15pm (variable shift patterns) and Saturdays 9am – 1pm (you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays)

Our client is one of the UK’s leading businesses in their field, they are looking for skilled Customer Service Professionals who will support the delivery of an already successful and vibrant team!

The role is to be the first point of contact for when a customer needs support or requires a service with their product - so no cold calling!

THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handling inbound enquires for customers in need of support or repair, adapting your approach to varying customers’ needs
Work as a part of a team to deliver an exceptional service and achieve key performance targets
Utilising the available products and services to find a solution for the customer that best fits their needs
Accurately record customer data, ensuring compliance when selling regulated services
Seek out opportunities to upsell through service

Experience of working within a sales/service environment
