Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate E-commerce Specialist with a strong background in social media and influencer marketing to join our team at E&E. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media and influencer marketing management. The ideal candidate will possess a creative mind and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with account managers for our client websites and translate client website level events into impactful brand level posts
Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
Create affiliate agreements, recruit and engage with relevant influencers to promote our products and brands
Develop workflows and processes for executing marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient coordination between account managers, designers, developers, and other team members
Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, bringing innovative ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media and influencer marketing
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
