Dynamic Fibre is looking for an experienced Splicers

We are seeking a highly motivated Splicer to join our team. The Splicer will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the installation and maintenance of fiber optic cables. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Splice fiber optic cables and maintain existing fiber networks
Safely operate tools and equipment, including fusion splicers and OTDRs
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective work processes
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
Respond to emergency situations as needed
Accurately record work completed and other relevant data
Communicate with customers regarding service interruptions and scheduled maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized work area
