We're recruiting for a... Business Support Executive

Doughboys Group are currently looking for a enthusiastic Business Support Exec to assist with the daily customer and business operations within our food distribution business at our offices in Reading, RG2

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm | Friday 9am - 4pm

Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 per Annum

Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Have an eye for detail & have a high level of accuracy.
Self-motivated & able to work in a team & independently
Have good initiative and time management skills.
Have a can-do attitude & not be hesitant to get stuck in.
Be ambitious & keen to develop their career

The Role:

Assisting with new & existing customer enquiries and support requests
Maintaining positive relationships with our key customer accounts
Raising orders for product and warehouse supplies along with reviewing inventory levels
Supporting with weekly Imports and logistics
Assist Marketing with tasks such as reviews, strategies and implementation of campaigns
Keeping all systems including CRM and ERP up to date with all relevant information
Assist with organising Events & Exhibitions
Support with managing our Distribution and Retail network
