No previous experience required! Full training will be provided.

We need individuals who have transferable skills and who are willing to learn.

High levels of customer service and quality are important to us so we’d be keen to speak to someone who has previous Customer Service experience or has worked within a Customer Service environment ideally.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing CVs/candidates
• Assessing candidates’ suitability for roles
• Holding telephone interviews
• Arranging interviews
• Outbound phone calling
• Attending Defence and Recruitment events
• Networking on LinkedIn and social media
• Manage and develop the Datasource Database
• Support the Account Managers and Key Account Manager in everything that they do

Additional benefits

Salary: £19,500 - £21,000 per annum

Location: Cheltenham – office based
