Key responsibilities

Willing, able and excited to make hundreds of phone calls to clients and candidates

Searching on job boards
Qualifying candidates
Arranging interviews and offers for candidates
Identify, approach and represent candidates for niche technical roles
Manage our internal database
Attend exhibitions as a Datasource Representative

We offer a brilliant 6 week training plan plus ongoing on the job training and external recruitment courses to help you master being the best Recruiter possible!

Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 + 6 monthly performance bonuses
