What’s the role?

We’re looking for someone to join our Collections Team as a Collections Driver. You will be the face of the company, providing outstanding customer service, whilst meeting clients and acting in a respectable and professional manner.

This is a brilliant opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of luxury, and to help grow a brand with international ambitions in a critical role on the front-line. You will be a calm, highly motivated and helpful person who enjoys interacting with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

What responsibilities can you expect?

Driving a ZIP car or van daily to meet and greet clients to collect their luxury items.
Safely collecting items by registering and photographing each item individually on our mobile app.
Providing excellent customer service to our customers
Providing assurance when required.
Representing our brand and values at all times.

What skills and qualities do we require?

Full UK driving licence.
Happy to be travelling around Greater London and surrounding counties meeting clients on a daily basis.
Highly trustworthy, reliable and punctual.
Confident communicator who possesses a positive attitude towards collaboration
Strong communication skills and able to effectively convey our brand image. A high standard of spoken English is essential.
Autonomous in approach, competitive, hard-working and enthusiastic
Outstanding work ethic and ability to consistently meet daily department goals.
Excellent organisational & time management skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and move boxes.
