Cranswick Country Foods Poultry is hiring at our brand new, purpose-built processing facility in Eye, Suffolk.

We have an opportunity for a Factory Trainer to join the training team on a flexible shift pattern.

Shift pattern: We need someone flexible to be able to do days and nights.

What the role involves:

Ensuring that all employees (Cranswick & Agency) are trained to current specifications and procedures.

As a Factory Trainer you will be required to work as a member of the Training Department reporting to the Training Manager.

You will be required to ensure that all training records are accurately input into the Training Management System and to assist the Training Manager to deliver the Training Departments annual training plan

To demonstrate professionalism and company standards in all communications within the department, the site and any external organisations to which we are dealing with

Ensure that training plans are formulated and implemented for all employees and work with the Factory Training Coordinator to ensure that all paperwork is completed, and records kept for auditing purposes

What you will need:

· Knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes.

· Strong communication skills.

· Teaching qualification (Train the trainer) – Desirable

· Working to a high degree of accuracy
