Our client is a very modern and forward-thinking legal practice that specialises in family law.

Paralegals (trainee) now required.

· Excellent inter-personal skills and understanding of the importance of outstanding client care

· Ability to work independently and prioritise caseload where necessary

· Excellent IT skills

· Previous paralegal experience would be preferred, but is not essential.

As a paralegal you will receive excellent training, learning from top ranked individuals in a structured and supportive environment. This position offers excellent salary (dependent on experience), benefits, career progression and development opportunities.

What’s in it for you?

Hours are full time, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

We offer hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days working in the office. Depending on experience, there may be an initial period of training when the candidate will be expected to be in the office 5 days per week.

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Hall Brown offices are closed between Christmas and New Year and every colleague is required to use part of their annual leave allowance to cover that period (usually 2-3 days).

Salary of between £19-23k depending on experience.

Contributory pension scheme after probation period has been passed.

We have a 3 month probation period.

Paralegals are seen very much as the future of Hall Brown and whilst there are some career paralegals, assuming the candidate wishes to progress their career, there will be opportunities to apply for a training contract after at least 12 months or the firm can offer funding for CILEX if they wish.

Full training and mentoring is in place to help our paralegals along their legal career.
