We are currently seeking a professional and engaging Guest Relations Ambassador for our new store opening in Sloane Street to support the sales team to deliver a seamless journey to our clients.

The successful candidate will have considerable experience in a luxury front of house or customer service role where they have a genuine desire to deliver service excellence and create a memorable experience for each customer. This is an exciting time to join our Sloane Street Boutique and the successful candidate will be part of a fabulous new project.

Responsibilities:

Greet a maximum of customers entering in the boutique and maintain 100% customer recognition of regular customers and VIPs
Understand customers’ needs and orientate them in the boutique
Act as an ambassador of the boutique and the brand explaining its organisation, its history, its pieces of art, etc.
Assist customers with personalised services and respond quickly to all their needs
Remembering customers' preferences and special needs
Provide the highest standard of customer service at all times
Be immaculately dressed and groomed
Learn the best possible manners for every conceivable situation
Assist and work closely with the sales team to ensure all customers’ expectations are met
Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy
Carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
