As Waiter, you will assist the Restaurant General Manager and the team in the organisation of service in The Dining Room in the heart of Chewton Glen.

Waiter - About You
- 1 year experience in working in simliar role is required
- Fine dining background is desirable
- Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
- Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with colleagues
- A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude
Responsibilities of the Waiter
- Provide an outstanding, professional level of service to guests
- Show integrity through your menu knowledge to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
- Take pride in preparing the restaurant setup for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service
- Take and serve orders and provide any nutritional or allergen information requested
- Clear tables in a timely and efficient manner to ensure all areas are well kept and ready for guests
- Ensure bills are cashed with care taken over correct charging to rooms, payment methods and any discounts given
