Export Clerk Duties:
The Export Clerk Ideal Candidate:

LOCATION: west London
Export Clerk Duties:
- Organising the day to day running of the Export department
- The completion and submission of Export declarations to HM Revenue and Customs
- Obtaining information from clients and ensuring that declarations are made to customs in accordance with HMRC and AEO regulations
- Record-keeping, reporting, and auditing to ensure compliance
- Reporting to management in respect of discrepancies, errors or omissions
- Liaising with clients, other departments and overseas offices to ensure the smooth flow of consignments to their destination
- Arranging collections, quoting overseas offices and customers
- This position covers Air, sea, and road exports
The Export Clerk Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working within the import/export industry will be advantageous
- Experience in clerical work within any industry is necessary
- Flexible working attitude
- Fluency in English language
- Hardworking individual with good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages including Excel
