Job Description – Admin Clerk
BMW Corporate
- Checking Roadrunner system each morning to make sure each IMP job has a CORP job to match.
- Update Snap Shot and send off to BMW.
- Check yard for return cars and update Return Car list.
- Mandating all jobs for next day & emailing Southampton.
- Updating Roadrunner system with BMW movements.
- Produce model numbers.
ECM Corporate
- Input jobs as they come through.
- Produce model numbers.
BCA
- Input jobs as they come through.
- Produce model numbers.
- Send paperwork through to BCA when returned to the office.
Other duties
- Answering the telephone/taking messages if necessary.
- Inputting all other jobs as they come through.
- Calling customers with etas (BMW & ECM)
- Moving cars around as and when necessary
- Any other jobs that may be necessary as and when required

Salary: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
