As a healthcare assistant, you will be going from door to door providing personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction.

LOTS OF HOURS AVAILABLE – Contracted up to 40 hours!

Areas covered: ME1, ME2, ME3, ME4, ME5, ME7, ME8, ME9 (Rochester, Strood, Chatham, Lordswood, Gillingham, Twiddle, Rainham, Parkwood, Wigmore, Highsted)

Here at Care Outlook, we offer our Care Assistants the following:

£10;00 per hour - £11.50 per hour
30p per mile
£500 Welcome Bonus*
£350 Refer a Friend Bonus*

Full time and Part time available!

Examples of the client’s needs you will be supporting with as a carer:

Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
Performing light housekeeping tasks.
Observing, monitoring and record keeping.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

07:00am – 14:00pm
07:00am – 19:00pm
16:00pm – 22:00pm
Must be available for alternate weekends
Contracted up to 40 hours (Available for drivers only)

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.

Please note this is support worker role is a Domiciliary Care vacancy which involves providing care and support within the community within client's own homes.

No experience necessary, as our care assistants is provided with excellent training in full.
