FOR A LONDON BASED RESIDENTIAL CARE HOMES COMPANY , WE ARE LOOKING FOR
SENIOR CARE ASSISSTANT
Welcoming new residents and being the initial point of contact for visitors
You will confidently lead a team to help provide high-quality care ensuring that our team members are supported in their day-to-day work
Ensuring that residents' needs above all are met, promoting their dignity and personal choices
Assisting our residents with their personal care (dressing, eating, drinking and washing
Supporting the assessment and planning for personalised care for residents, clearly communicating this information to relevant team members
