General Manager

County L/Derry

£60,000 to £70,000 + company car + bonus

We are delighted to be working with a well-established manufacturer of products for the construction markets to recruit for their new General Manager.

Reporting into Directors you will play a key role in day-to-day management across the facility, this will include;

Coordination of production and sales departments
Assigning performance objectives
Recruit and train employees to achieve sales and profitability
Set polices and processes in line with budgets
Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are accomplished on time.
Delegate responsibility whilst enforcing polices and procedures
Other ad hoc duties as required

What we are looking for!

High level of experience as a General manager within a production / manufacturing environment
Exceptional leadership skills and attributes
Track record successfully delivering targets and improvements
Good negotiation, organisational and interpersonal skills
