Are you looking to gain some office experience?

A Law Firm that are based close to Moorgate/Barbican are looking for an Office Assistant to join them.

Duties:

Administration and events support, creating name badges, attendees lists etc
Document copying, printing & scanning
Assisting with creating court bundles/other legal documents
Archiving documents
Processing post – collecting, scanning and distributing
Booking out meeting rooms and ensuring they are cleared and presentable at all times
Ordering in supplies and maintaining stock levels
Covering reception duties when required

To be successful in this role you must have a ‘can-do’ team attitude, the ability to communicate at all levels and basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

This is a fully office-based role working Monday – Thursday 10am – 6pm, Friday 9.30am – 5.30pm.
