BioTalent are partnering with an innovative, temperature-controlled, logistical solutions company to find an ambitious Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic and growing Customer Services team.

This role will offer you

Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

You will be responsible for

Managing and building strong relationships with key customers and clients via phone and email communication
Administrating surrveys to ensure customers are satisfied with the services and products
Working closely with the sales team - Sharing leads and further sales opportunities to help expand business with key clients
Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing
Working closely with Sales and Customer Account Manager’s (CAM) to ensure best customer service
