Mike has always loved pirates and enjoys hunting for treasure with his crew. He needs a new crew mate to join his team to keep his treasure hunting adventures alive.

Salary: £11.00 p.h.
Hours: 12hrs per week

Mike has a great sense of humour and enjoys various hobbies such as gardening, listening to music, PC games, and a variety of films and 80’s cartoons. Mike also enjoys treasure hunting, this is an important interest to Mike, but Mike needs a driver who wouldn’t mind using their own car so he can explore further. Mileage is paid at 40p per mile. Not all treasure is silver and gold, some comes in the form of connection. Mike would like support in building personal relationships. Mike and his team are working towards this but as there has been little education and opportunities in the past, this has been a slower journey, but it is one we will continue to travel with Mike. Mike is autistic with a learning disability and needs patient, positive and proactive people supporting him. We are looking for that right person to join the team and support Mike to live his best life. Mike doesn’t need someone who wants to stay below deck, he needs someone who is ready to set sail to new experiences. Shifts are 9am to 9pm so you are home to your own bed every night. The rota is done in advance and there are opportunities for development. The team are working towards being self-directed so there will be an element of leadership within this role.

Have good computer skills
A DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check will be requested in the event of the individual being offered a position with Beyond Limits, the cost of which will be to the employee, however, this will be returned after successful completion of probation period (6 months).
