The working hour pattern for this role is Monday, Thursday, Friday 9am-3pm.

Are you great with people and enjoy delivering outstanding customer service? If yes, the Employee Support Centre is the place for you. The role will involve resolving any queries relating to their flexible benefits package via phone or email.

Within the team they provide excellent customer service to a wide range of clients on a day to day basis. You will need to be a real people person with a positive attitude to be part of a great team.

Previous experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal but your passion to deliver outstanding customer service is what we want.

Key Responsibilities

You will be answering inbound calls and responding to emails from multiple clients
Become a hub of knowledge on employee benefits and how they work
Working as a team to meet SLA’s
Working individually to meet personal productivity targets/goals
Providing excellent customer service to clients and their employees

Happy to work in a fast-paced environment

Competent computer skills

While this role will be worked predominantly on a remote or hybrid basis, we are looking for someone who is able to attend the Southampton office on a monthly basis.
