As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely alongside the management team to achieve the brand and restaurant goals.
- Driving the guest experience, ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection.
- Always delivering the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Creating a fun and motivating team environment with a focus on developing internal talent.
- Being commercial by considering every line of the profit and loss account to make strong financial decisions, ensuring every penny counts.
