Key Responsibilities

Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact
Manage the flow of Guests into the venue, provide accurate wait times to incoming Guests if appropriate
Tend to Guest needs and requests
Observant to Guests' needs throughout their visit to ensure they receive high quality service
Full understanding of all of the games, rules and procedures
Taking payments
Maintain a neat, organised front-of-house environment

Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
Learn the food and beverage menu
Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waiting staff
Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards
To participate, constructively, in performance reviews with the Manager and to work towards objectives/goals set by the Manager, and to improve any areas of performance felt necessary by the Manager, in order to maintain an excellent level of service to customer

Work experience - Background knowledge/work experience within the hospitality sector preferred but not essential, especially bar work and operation of tills.

Skills- Friendly but professional disposition, clear communicator, able to use initiative, work well in a team, energetic and confident character.

Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: £11.00 per hour
