Position: Production Operative

Location: Barry M Cosmetics, Barry M House, 1 Mero Way, London, NW7 1RQ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Operative to join our team at a site conveniently located within walking distance from Mill Hill East Underground Station. As a Production Operative, you will collaborate closely with our Quality Control and Maintenance Teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient production processes.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the packaging process by efficiently moving and supplying goods between workstations.
Take an active part in the assembly of finished products, performing both manual tasks and operating equipment as required.
Thoroughly read, comprehend, and adhere to product specification sheets and recipes to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Conduct basic quality controls at various stages of the packaging process to identify any deviations or discrepancies.
Strictly adhere to health and safety regulations and comply with company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
Demonstrate a high level of energy, proactivity, and focus in daily tasks.
Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with managers, team members, and supervisors.
Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
