RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome and engage with clients as they enter the shop
Keep appointments running efficiently and on time
Give the best service possible through barbering and customer service
Anticipate client needs by being able to identify needs and offer solutions through service options and product offerings
Read & understand the Apothecary 87 Handbook and expectations, especially around service
Ensure the workspace and shop is kept clean and tidy at all times, as well as maintain shop functionality, such as; sweeping, keeping towels laundered and folded, etc.
Efficiently perform all front desk duties, such as scheduling, taking payment, support client queeries, etc.
Regular marketing & contributions to brand awareness & to grow client base
Maintain a well groomed appearance as the face of our brand
Support other members of the team as needed
