Create a secure environment, through play and teaching.
Can work with parents and carers to support their children.
Monitor progress to enable effective planning.
Communicate effectively with children, colleagues and parents.

Anns Grove is currently in the process of joining Mercia Learning Trust effective September 2023 subject to the statutory process.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. All shortlisted candidates will be asked to disclose any cautions or convictions prior to interview. The amendments to the ROA Exceptions Order 1975 (2013 & 2020) provide that certain convictions and cautions are 'protected' and are therefore not subject to disclosure to employers.
