Allen Motor Group are looking to recruit a Roaming Sales Controller to work with our Suzuki and Hyundai dealerships in the Milton Keynes area, to guide customers through the purchasing process, whilst ensuring an excellent service is provided. This is offered on a full time, permanent position, with a basic salary of £32,500 and an OTE of £50,000+ reporting to the Sales Manager.

Required Skills & Experience
We are looking for an individual with strong automotive business/transaction manager experience from a franchised dealership who is looking to progress their career towards the next stages of management. We are looking for individuals who possess the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience in stacking and controlling deals
- Excellent relationship and interpersonal skills
- Experience of delivering finance and insurance packages with a strong understanding of FCA compliance
- A drive to meet and exceed targets
- Full UK driving licence
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieving targets in sold units, profitability and finance for the whole team
- Being fully compliant to AMG, the brand and legislative standards
- Developing and maintaining the highest level of product knowledge
- Carrying out part exchange appraisals
- Providing an exceptional buying experience from the offset
