We offer induction training, once a week team meetings, a small bonus at Christmas, meals out activity trips with clients. Rates of pay are determined by the standard of work and we pay a generous mileage allowance for travel between clients.

Job Description

You will meet and support clients at their home or in the local community,
You will have good communication skills with the ability to address challenging situations,
You will support clients and encourage them to make choices to express themselves and develop independent living and life skills,
You will be confident with a good sense of humour and possess a high level of initiative and be able to work on your own or as part of a team,
You will need a current driving license with business insurance and your own transport,
You will need to put a CRB in place should you not have a current one,
You will need to provide 2 references.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
