Position Overview & Specifications

Adjoin is hiring an experienced Architect to work on a mix of high end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate for this role will be a highly skilled and motivated all-rounder with two to five years experience.

They should have excellent technical and design experience in delivering projects through from schematic development to construction with a good understanding and knowledge of contemporary detailing.

Knowledge across all work stages with the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
Experience in detail design of high end architectural and interior projects.
Knowledge of technical standards and building regulations.
Preparation of client presentation documentation and design packages.
Experience in creating drawing packages for design intent, tender and construction.
Proficient in Vectorworks, Adobe Creative, Sketch-up (or similar 3D modelling)
Ability to produce high quality rendered images. Physical model making skills are also very welcome.
