The role of Principal will report to our Director of Academic Programs, serving as the school’s educational leader. In this position, you will manage the overall operations of the elementary school, including:

Establishing and maintaining a nurturing and effective learning environment
Selecting, supervising, coaching, and supporting an academic staff that lives out our core values and company culture
Being a positive leader to the administration team
Curriculum development and overseeing ordering materials
Family relations
Assisting with student enrollment
Plan, organize and direct implementation of all school activities, including Teacher-In Service Days, and drafting school wide calendar of events
Attend TEAM (Parent Group) functions
Plan and execute Saturday OH Events with School Administrator

Full compensation package including bonuses and childcare/private education benefit- $90- $160,000/yr.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will come with:

Several years of teaching experience
3-5 years of administration or leadership experience
Bachelor’s degree
Current Teaching Credential (preferred)
Masters in Education or Related Field (preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
