The Earning:

6-figures within 4 years (maximum)
Strong commission structure (up to 40% of your billings)
£23-27k basic salary

OTE Year 1 guaranteed£40,000 - £50,000

Your Profile:

Strong commercial experience in a similar field (e.g. Real Estate, Sales - phone/F2F) and/or Recent graduate from University (2020, 2021 & 2022 grads)
A natural ability to build relationships quickly
Driven by success and/or money
Strong work ethic
